When Preview, Publish, or an App Does Not Open

Preview is blank or keeps loading

Click Refresh first. If it remains blank, rebuild and ask the Agent to inspect Dev > Logs. If the Project does not yet have runnable code, wait for the current build to finish.

After a temporary sandbox sleeps, its first open may need to restart it. When a mobile QR code cannot be generated, the test link is often too long. Copy the test link from the top, or publish and use the production QR code.

Publishing is unavailable

A disabled Publish button commonly means that the App is still generating, another AI task is running in the Project, no publishable content exists, or nothing has changed since the last deployment. Hover over the button for the specific reason.

When publishing fails, the Publish window shows error details and a copyable troubleshooting Prompt. Send it to the Agent in the current Project, let it inspect the build or deployment, then publish again.

Production does not update

An updated Preview does not mean production has updated. After the change finishes, click Update or Publish again. Deployments also shows which version is live.

If the production address still does not open, confirm that publishing completed, the App was not unpublished, and external services and environment variables remain valid. Contact support if the issue continues.
