Add Notifications and Reminders

Eazo includes Eazo Mobile system reminders, scheduled notifications, and pushes triggered by background events. When an App needs time-based reminders or notifications after a background task or content update, the Agent connects the appropriate capability. You do not need to apply for a push service, run a notification server, or configure platform push keys. Specify the content, trigger time or event, repeat rule, and how users enable or disable it.

Ask the Agent to connect notifications for:

• A reminder at a fixed time each day;
• A repeating reminder at an interval;
• A reminder only on specified weekdays or within a time range;
• A server push after a background task, content update, or daily summary.

Eazo Mobile can synchronize a user's reminder as a system notification so the operating system can deliver it even while the App is in the background.

Notification support differs between browsers and Eazo Mobile. Complete final testing for a reminder App in Eazo Mobile. A page dialog or an in-App timer that runs only while the App is open is not a substitute for a system notification.
