Permissions, Notifications, and Privacy

Permissions Eazo may request

Camera Take photos and use some App features You cannot take a photo directly; text and authorized photos may still work
Photos or media library Select and post images or change your avatar You cannot select images that are not authorized
Microphone or speech recognition Voice input for Agent You can still type
Notifications Updates from Agent, Community, Apps, and Messages You must open Eazo to check for updates

Creator-built Apps may request other permissions. Allow access only when the current feature genuinely needs it.

Re-enable permissions

iOS

  1. Open the system Settings.
  2. Find Eazo.
  3. Enable the needed camera, photos, microphone, or notification access.
  4. Return to Eazo and try again.

Android

  1. Open the system Settings.
  2. Open Apps or App management.
  3. Find Eazo.
  4. Open Permissions or Notifications.
  5. Allow the needed access, then return to Eazo.

Menu names vary by phone brand.

If notifications do not arrive

  1. Check notification settings inside Eazo.
  2. Check system notification access.
  3. Check Do Not Disturb or Focus mode.
  4. Check Android battery and background restrictions.
  5. Check the network.
  6. Confirm the current account.
  7. Update Eazo.

Notifications may be delayed. For important tasks, also check the actual status in the original conversation.

Protect sensitive information

Do not send the following to Agent, Community, Messages, or a creator-built App:

  • Passwords or verification codes.
  • Complete payment-card information.
  • Complete photos of identity documents.
  • API keys or environment variables.
  • Another person’s private information without consent.
  • Precise addresses, travel plans, or contact details you do not want public.

Before posting a screenshot, check the status bar, notifications, browser address, chats, and image background.
