If you do not provide certain personal data to us, we may not be able to provide the Services to you, or the use of the Services may be restricted, or the Services may not function to achieve the results we intend to provide.

For example, when you ask us about nearby locations, in order to answer your question, we may collect your precise geographical location. This geographical location may include precise location information obtained through GPS sensors, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensors. We only collect your precise geographical location when you have a clear need to find nearby locations or provide other location based services. 1.2.5 Service Improvement
To provide you with continuous and high-quality services, we may use your Content collected from the Services and the corresponding output content for the improvement and optimization of the Services’ quality, under the premise that the information has been processed with secure encryption technology, strictly de-identified, and cannot be re-identified to a specific individual. 1.2.6 Sensitive Information Warning
We will not collect sensitive information such as identification documents and numbers, bank accounts, passwords, etc. However, due to technical limitations and the way you use our Services, we may unwittingly collect other personal data that you voluntarily input into the Services, which may include the said sensitive information. We will immediately delete or anonymize such information once noticed by us. For your security, please do not input sensitive information into our Services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where you use the monetization, In-App Charge, or Withdrawal features of the Services under the Platform Service Terms, we and/or our Payment Service Providers will collect payout-method information (such as bank account or other financial account details), payment information, and tax information necessary to process your In-App Charges, Creator Earnings, and Withdrawals. You may withdraw such consent at any time, with future effect; withdrawal may affect your ability to monetize or withdraw.
1.2.7 Eazo Creator, User Apps and Agents, Public Sharing, and Remix
When you use Eazo Creator or other creator features, we may collect and process information relating to the apps, agents, workflows, pages, designs, components, prompts, knowledge materials, configurations, code, tools, API settings, descriptions, icons, screenshots, previews, metadata, visibility settings, remix settings, remix history, version history, creator attribution, and related content that you create, generate, upload, publish, host, deploy, share, submit, make discoverable, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Apps and Agents”).
We use this information to provide, operate, host, display, publish, recommend, search, share, remix, secure, troubleshoot, moderate, analyze, improve, and promote the Services. Unless you choose an available private, unlisted, or restricted visibility setting before publication or the relevant Service interface expressly states otherwise, User Apps and Agents that you create, generate, upload, publish, submit, share, host, deploy, or otherwise make available through the Services may be public by default. Public User Apps and Agents, including related names, descriptions, icons, screenshots, previews, metadata, creator profile information, remix status, remix lineage, and other public-facing information, may be viewed, accessed, used, run, displayed, recommended, linked to, shared, featured, cached, or otherwise made available to other users and the public.
Certain Services may allow other users to personalize, modify, adapt, or create derivative versions of User Apps and Agents through natural language instructions or other tools (“Remix”). Unless you turn off Remix permissions through settings made available by the Services, or unless the relevant Service interface states that Remix is not permitted, public User Apps and Agents may be remixable by default. To provide Remix features, we may process and make available to other users the relevant User App or Agent content, configuration, prompts, metadata, previews, and other materials necessary to enable the Remix.
Please do not include confidential information, personal data, sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or third-party content in User Apps and Agents unless you have all necessary rights, notices, consents, and legal bases to make such information available and to authorize Eazo and other users to process it as described in this Privacy Policy and the Platform Service Terms.
1.2.8 Payment and Earnings Information

Where Eazo collects In-App Charges under the Platform Collects (Model A) or Credits/Hybrid (Model C) Collection Model, we and/or our Payment Service Providers collect payment-related information necessary to process end-user transactions, which may include the end user's billing name, billing address, and payment method details; full payment card details are processed directly by our Payment Service Providers and are not stored on our servers. In these models, Eazo acts as a controller of such end-user payment data. Where the Creator Collects (Model B) Collection Model applies, end-user payment data is collected and controlled by the creator's own Payment Service Provider, and Eazo does not collect or store end-user payment card details.
(b) Creator earnings and payout information. Where you monetize a User App or Agent or request a Withdrawal, we and/or our Payment Service Providers collect your payout-method details (such as bank account or other financial account information), earnings and transaction records, credit-batch and wallet records, and tax information (such as tax identification numbers) necessary to calculate and pay your Creator Earnings, process Withdrawals, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and other legal obligations. Unless the relevant setting is changed where controls are made available, Eazo may enable by default the setting under which user data generated from the use of an Eazo-created app or agent within Eazo Mobile is automatically reported, synchronized, or otherwise transmitted to Eazo. Such data may include app usage records, prompts, responses, interaction content, operation logs, device or environment information, user feedback, memory-related information, and other information necessary to operate, improve, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, analyze, and support the app, agent, Eazo Mobile, and the Services.
If you are a creator, please do not include personal data, sensitive personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or third-party content in your app or agent, App Interfaces, Memory Features, prompts, knowledge materials, or configurations unless you have all necessary rights, notices, consents, authorizations, and legal bases. If you make an app or agent available to other users, you are responsible for ensuring that any user-facing descriptions or notices you provide are accurate and do not mislead users about the app’s interfaces, memory functions, or data reporting to Eazo.
This default setting is subject to applicable law.

If an app or agent connects to third-party APIs, models, tools, plugins, websites, data sources, or other services, information you provide to or through that app or agent may be sent to those third parties and processed under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review any notices, terms, and privacy policies applicable to such apps, agents, and third-party services before using them or providing information to them.
1.2.11 Third-Party AI Models and Training. Our Services are powered by one or more third-party generative AI models. When you interact with AI features, your inputs (including prompts, uploaded files, and context shared with the AI) may be transmitted to these third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating responses. We take steps to contractually restrict those providers from using your data for their independent model training. We may also use your Content and corresponding outputs to improve and optimize our Services; such use for model training is conducted only after the information has been securely encrypted and de-identified so that it cannot be re-associated with you, except where you have provided consent (e.g., when submitting Feedback). You have the right to object to the use of your personal data to train our models, as set out in Section 5.
1.2.12 Profiling and Automated Processing. We may use automated means to analyze your usage behavior, content preferences, and usage patterns to create a profile that enables personalized features such as AI recommendations, tailored search results, and relevant content suggestions.
