Agent Is Not Responding or a Build Was Interrupted

If Agent does not respond

  1. Check whether the page is waiting for you to confirm a plan or choose an option.
  2. Return to conversation history.
  3. Open the original conversation and check its actual state.
  4. Check the network.
  5. Retry only after the page clearly reports a failure and provides a next step.

Do not create an identical build task while you are unsure whether the original is still running.

Continue based on the current state

Current state What to do
Waiting for confirmation Find the requirements, design, build plan, AI model, or other confirmation card and complete the choice
Building Wait and review step progress; do not send the same build request again
Paused If the page shows Continue or Continue Build, tap that button
This attempt did not finish Follow the page’s retry guidance or ask Agent to inspect the failed step

Use Continue or Continue Build only when that button appears. Repeatedly typing “continue” into the input box is not a general recovery method.

If the build connection was interrupted

A disconnected page does not necessarily mean the background task stopped.

  1. Return to conversation history.
  2. Open the original conversation.
  3. Check whether it says waiting for confirmation, building, paused, failed, or stopped.
  4. If it is still building, wait for the page to update.
  5. If confirmation is required, complete it first.
  6. If Continue or Continue Build appears, tap it.
  7. Retry the current step only after an explicit failure or retry prompt.

If the status did not update after leaving the App

After locking the screen, changing networks, or leaving Eazo, status notifications may be delayed. Use the latest state in the original conversation.

Prepare before contacting Support

  • Chat ID.
  • Project ID.
  • App name.
  • Time and time zone.
  • Where the task started.
  • Screenshot or recording of the current state.
  • Device model, system version, and Eazo version.
  • Whether you changed networks or devices.
