CAREERS

Open Positions

Toward the Agentic Web, with Eazo.

We're creating InternetOS, a system of agents that live in daily life, work alongside you, and quietly expand what you're capable of. The way people use the internet hasn't changed in decades. We think it's time.

We're a team across the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore. We believe in things before the proof arrives, then make them real. We're just getting started, and there's still room to shape what this company becomes.

If you think technology should serve ordinary people, we'd love to meet you.

Roles

Build what everyday AI should feel like.

01
Engineering

Agent Engineer

Build, optimize, and push the boundaries of our agent systems.

San Francisco or Singaporeremote possible for exceptional casesFull Time

About the Role

We're looking for Agent Engineers to build, optimize, and push the boundaries of our agent systems. You'll work on agent memory, agent proactivity, and multi-agent orchestration-the hard problems that make agents actually useful. No hierarchy here. You'll collaborate directly with a team of engineers who ship fast, argue about ideas openly, and care deeply about craft. If you need someone to tell you what to do, this isn't the role. If you want to own problems end-to-end, keep reading.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build core agent systems-memory, proactive reasoning, task orchestration
  • Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows that handle real-world complexity
  • Ship features that make agents smarter, faster, and more reliable
  • Work across the stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team to define what the Agentic Web looks like

About You

  • Deeply self-driven. You find problems and solve them without being asked.
  • Passionate about AI and agents-not just as a job, but as a craft.
  • Strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python with solid engineering fundamentals.

Nice to Have

  • Original agent/LLM projects, experiments, or products (show us your GitHub, blog, or demo)
  • Awards or recognition from hackathons, NOI, Kaggle, or similar competitions
  • Experience with agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, vector retrieval, or memory compression
  • Contributions to Agent SDKs, LangGraph, or similar ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of React or V8 JavaScript Engine
  • Built something from zero to one-with real users or revenue

Benefits

  • Compensation: Top-of-market salary + equity (open to negotiate)
  • Deep involvement in agent system architecture from day one
  • Core team members drive technical direction
  • Shape the next generation of agentic systems-define what they should be

Growth

Growth

Scale Eazo to millions of users.

San Franciscoremote possible for exceptional candidatesFull Time

About the Role

We're looking for a growth hacker to scale Eazo to millions of users. You'll own the full funnel-from acquisition to activation to retention. This means running campaigns, yes, but also digging into data, talking to users, and feeding insights back to product. You'll work at the intersection of marketing and product, moving fast across channels and experiments. We're not looking for someone who only knows how to spend ad budgets. We want a growth hacker who understands how AI products spread, what makes users stick, and how to build sustainable growth loops.

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute growth strategy across organic, paid, community, and product-led channels
  • Run experiments relentlessly-test, measure, iterate, scale what works
  • Drive user acquisition campaigns across multiple markets (North America, Europe, Japan)
  • Analyze funnel metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to build growth mechanisms into the product
  • Translate market feedback and user insights into actionable product recommendations
  • Build and optimize our presence across social, content, SEO/SEM, and community channels

About You

  • Results-obsessed-you measure everything and optimize relentlessly
  • Experienced in growing consumer AI or tech products, ideally from early stage to scale
  • Comfortable across the full stack: paid acquisition, organic growth, community building, product-led growth
  • Data-driven but not data-paralyzed-you make decisions fast with imperfect information
  • A strong communicator who can bridge marketing, product, and engineering

Nice to Have

  • Grown an AI-native product (agent, copilot, or tool) from zero to significant scale
  • Multi-market experience-you've launched or scaled products across different regions
  • Built growth loops or referral mechanisms that drove organic expansion
  • Background in content creation or brand building for technical products
  • Startup experience where you wore multiple hats and figured things out from scratch

Benefits

  • Compensation: Top-of-market salary + equity (open to negotiate)
  • Own growth for a product category that's just emerging-shape the playbook
  • Direct collaboration with product and engineering-your insights drive what we build
  • Build and lead the growth function as we scale globally
03
Design + Engineering

Design Engineer

Shape the interface layer of the Agentic Web.

San Franciscoremote possible for exceptional candidatesFull Time

About the Role

We're looking for a Design Engineer to shape the interface layer of the Agentic Web. This isn't a traditional design role. You'll work on GenUI-generative interfaces that adapt, respond, and evolve with user intent. This means designing systems, not just screens. And then build them yourself. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and products to define how people interact with intelligent agents. Our design team includes talent from around the world who obsess over craft. If you care deeply about the intersection of technology and design, and want to push both forward, this is your role.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build generative UI systems for agentic applications-from concept to production code
  • Define information architecture for complex, dynamic interfaces where content isn't static
  • Create interaction patterns and motion design that make agent behaviors feel intuitive and alive
  • Ship real features in React, not just hand off mockups
  • Work directly with engineers and PMs to solve hard UX problems that don't have obvious answers
  • Establish design systems that scale across an evolving product

About You

  • A designer who codes and an engineer who designs-you don't see these as separate skills
  • Obsessed with craft and detail, with a clear point of view on good design
  • Genuinely excited about the intersection of AI and interface design
  • Someone who thinks about systems and information architecture, not just visuals
  • Relentlessly high-standards-"good enough" isn't in your vocabulary

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing AI-native or agent-based products
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development
  • A portfolio that shows both design thinking and shipped code
  • Deep understanding of motion design and micro-interactions
  • Your own aesthetic sensibility-you can articulate why something works
  • Built or contributed to design systems at scale
  • Experience with generative UI, adaptive interfaces, or unconventional interaction patterns
  • Background in information architecture or complex data-driven products

Benefits

  • Compensation: Top-of-market salary + equity (open to negotiate)
  • Define the visual and interaction language for a new category of products
  • Work alongside a world-class design team pushing the boundaries of AI interfaces
  • Deep involvement in product decisions-design has a seat at the table
