Agent Engineer
Build, optimize, and push the boundaries of our agent systems.
About the Role
We're looking for Agent Engineers to build, optimize, and push the boundaries of our agent systems. You'll work on agent memory, agent proactivity, and multi-agent orchestration-the hard problems that make agents actually useful. No hierarchy here. You'll collaborate directly with a team of engineers who ship fast, argue about ideas openly, and care deeply about craft. If you need someone to tell you what to do, this isn't the role. If you want to own problems end-to-end, keep reading.
What You Will Do
- Design and build core agent systems-memory, proactive reasoning, task orchestration
- Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows that handle real-world complexity
- Ship features that make agents smarter, faster, and more reliable
- Work across the stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to define what the Agentic Web looks like
About You
- Deeply self-driven. You find problems and solve them without being asked.
- Passionate about AI and agents-not just as a job, but as a craft.
- Strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python with solid engineering fundamentals.
Nice to Have
- Original agent/LLM projects, experiments, or products (show us your GitHub, blog, or demo)
- Awards or recognition from hackathons, NOI, Kaggle, or similar competitions
- Experience with agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, vector retrieval, or memory compression
- Contributions to Agent SDKs, LangGraph, or similar ecosystems
- Deep understanding of React or V8 JavaScript Engine
- Built something from zero to one-with real users or revenue
Benefits
- Compensation: Top-of-market salary + equity (open to negotiate)
- Deep involvement in agent system architecture from day one
- Core team members drive technical direction
- Shape the next generation of agentic systems-define what they should be
