Fruit Freshness Inspector is an AI visual inspection tool for fruit. Users upload or capture one photo of a fruit; the app identifies the species, inspects the peel for rot, black spots, bruising, dehydration and mould, grades ripeness as unripe / slightly unripe / peak ripe / overripe, forecasts sweetness, sourness and juiciness with a confidence level, and returns eating and storage advice with a shelf-life reference plus a mandatory disclaimer.
