Last One
Last One is a behavior-intervention app for the 'just one more scroll until 2am' problem. You set the time you usually say 'last one', pick the apps that stretch it into two hours, and the app takes over from there: at your chosen time it enters Sleep Lock, an extremely quiet full-screen night state with soft ambient sound and a countdown. If you unlock and reopen one of your target apps, a 30-minute watching period starts and the lock returns. Everything loops until your night-end time, then a next-morning report shows your last-one count, final stop time, lock count and unlock count, plus a seven-night trend.
