Oven Hot Spots
A mobile toast-test simulator: drag bread slices onto a tray and bake, and each slice browns to its cell's real temperature to reveal your oven's heat map. Twelve ovens have genuinely different distributions, shelf position dramatically changes the map, and a rotation strategy computes how much more even the bake becomes.
