Knife Skills Board
A precision knife-skills game where every swipe is a real cut. Slice twelve ingredients into six professional cut styles (julienne, brunoise, chiffonade, batonnet, paysanne, rondelle), each with a genuine target dimension. Every piece is measured and scored on thickness variance — the same standard real chefs are judged on. Knife sharpness degrades with use and can be honed, changing cut quality especially on soft ingredients. Share your finished board with the Eazo community.
