StepLock
StepLock is a family screen time management app that turns physical activity into screen time currency. Parents sign up, set customizable rules (for example, 5,000 steps equals 1 hour of screen time), and invite their kids via a unique code. Kids upload daily step screenshots; AI automatically reads the step count and calculates their earned screen time budget. Parents monitor real-time app usage logs (self-reported by category), daily step history, and remaining budgets from a dashboard. Kids see their budget countdown and hit a lock screen when time runs out, motivating them to move more. Supports role-based navigation (parent sidebar/dashboard, kid bottom tabs), AI-powered step detection, manual app-usage logging, invite-based kid signup, and configurable daily screen time caps.
