Scoring the Loaf
A mobile bread-scoring game: swipe direction sets the blade angle and swipe speed sets the depth as you score raw dough across twelve patterns from a single slash to a wheat sheaf. Bake to see a simulated oven spring reveal the ear — or an honest side burst if the score was too shallow — then share the photographed loaf to the Eazo community.
