Sanctuary is an AI companion app that helps users build social confidence, empathy, and real conversation skills. Choose a companion by personality (Sofia, Mia, Nana, Elena, Vivienne), pick a scenario (casual friend hangout or romantic first date), then practice chatting via text or two-way voice. After each session, earn XP and complete empathy/social-skills quizzes. Tracks progress through skill badges (Empathy, Active Listener, Charm, Confidence) and level progression. A safe, supportive space to practice real-world dating and friendship conversations without pressure or judgment.
