A mobile canal-staircase puzzle where you open paddle gates to move real water volumes between chambers by head difference, floating a narrowboat up a flight of locks without draining the summit pound. Twelve flights of rising complexity teach planning through an honest hydraulic constraint: gates cannot open against a head difference.
