DOLPHIN//IMPACT is a browser-based 3D digital twin that reconstructs Typhoon Dolphin (2613) after its Zhejiang coastal landfall. Switch between the all-region overview and provincial views, scrub a 48-hour replay of the typhoon track, compare landfall-day and post-landfall snapshots, and inspect per-city rainfall, gusts and rankings. Shanghai mode runs a 16-district urban flood model that simulates ponding depth from rainfall and drainage pressure, with clickable districts that fly the camera in. Volumetric rain, wind streamlines, storm clouds with lightning and 3D rainfall columns render entirely in the browser.
