The Painted Claw
The Painted Claw transforms a traditional oil painting into an interactive, living world. Move a mechanical claw with your hand, pinch to extract clouds, flowers, and apples, then release them elsewhere in the scene. Every object retains its painted texture, physical presence, and narrative character. Object placement also becomes a form of composition: vertical position changes pitch, horizontal position controls stereo space, and nearby objects create new harmonies. As the painting is disturbed, chamber music gradually bends into dissonance, scratches, and low-frequency vibrations—turning every interaction into a unique visual and musical interpretation.
