Terminal Telemetry
Terminal Telemetry is a typing practice app for keyboard layout enthusiasts who care about speed, accuracy, and performance analysis. Selects from curated prose passages and tracks every keystroke with character-by-character highlighting — green for correct, red for errors. Displays live word count, WPM, and WPM² (rate of WPM change per minute) as you type. Supports QWERTY, Dvorak, Colemak, and Gallium v2 keyboard layouts, plus a custom layout builder where you press each key on a visual keyboard to assign its character. Generates end-of-session graphs charting words typed, WPM, and WPM² over time so you can visualize your acceleration and consistency.
