After Rain, Listen is a tactile field-recording experience built with real forest-floor sounds. In the Acorns scene, buried acorns sink into wet soil, resist your pull through layered root bonds, then release and become physical objects that roll and collide with each other and the environment. The Weeding scene applies the same tension-and-release interaction to pulling weeds free from rain-soaked earth, with staged root resistance and a pull counter. Both scenes respond to pointer input (mouse, touch, and pen), start ambient forest audio only after the first user gesture per mobile autoplay rules, and expose sound-source credits for the CC0 field recordings used.
