Start a Surgery Focus session (Pomodoro timer) to treat a patient and earn a custom pennant banner on completion. Batch small chores in Outpatient Clinic mode. Collect earned pennants on the Honor Wall and track your streak as Chief of Medicine. Zero punishment mechanics — overdue tasks become quirky "complicated cases" rather than failures.
