Oyster Grading
A mobile dockside sorting arcade: oysters arrive on a belt and you swipe each up, left or right into baskets or tap to reject, matching the shift's chalkboard rule. An inspector audits five oysters each shift to show what you got wrong, across twelve rising-speed shifts ending in a shareable dock ledger.
