Oven Thermal Mass
A physics-based retained-heat baking simulator. Drag to set firing duration and rake-out time to shape a cooling temperature curve, manage the oven door to trade heat retention against steam release, then load twelve products onto the glowing oven floor in the correct order dictated by the falling curve.
