Drift
Drift is an enterprise multi-agent matching platform where every user gets a persistent AI agent that represents them in the organization. Users chat with their agent in a Slack-like interface to find the right person for any task or question. The triage agent traverses the org's agent network to surface the best match, showing its reasoning inline. Connects people via resume-seeded agent profiles, semantic search, and optional geolocation. Opens a live human-to-human chat once a match is confirmed.
