Twinkle Weather
Twinkle Weather is a mobile-first weather app that shows live local forecasts with a matching Twinkle character state. Requests location, fetches current Open-Meteo conditions, supports manual city search, switches temperature units, refreshes weather, saves the last successful forecast, and handles denied location or failed network states. Uses seven named character image slots so official art can be added later without layout changes.
